- "Online Exclusive" items are shipped from a third party warehouse and their is no shipping time guarantee. Most "Online Exclusives" ship within 48 hours, but some maybe take 8-10 days to ship. Â
- Your order's estimated delivery window is shown once you select your shipping method.Â
Expedited Shipping
For those located in the United States, we offer an expedited shipping option for products that are shipped from our store. The arrival time and shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight, and the dimensions of the item that you are ordering.Â
NOTE: "Online Exclusive" products are NOT guaranteed to ship within a certain time frame EVEN if you purchase expedited shipping. Please do NOT purchase expediated shipping for "Online Exclusive" items as we cannot guarantee they will ship in a timely manner.Â
Orders with Expedited Shipping must be placed BEFORE 1PM Mountain Time to guarantee same day shipping. Expedited orders placed AFTER 1PM will add one additional day to shipping times.
If the order arrives after the time USPS tracking says it will be delivered, and you are interested in keeping the item(s) we will refund you the difference of what you paid and Economy Shipping.Â
- Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) to the continental US is a flat rate of $7.99.
- Orders over $85.00 qualify for free standard shipping. (Continental US orders only)
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected.
- Shipping to US Territories is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected.Â

Packages Missing After Marked Delivered:
If tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you are unable to find it, please do the following:
1. Check with neighbors/property management to ensure it wasn't misplaced.
2. File a police report if you believe it was stolen.
3. Start a missing package search with your local post office. We can help assist you with filing one if you'd like.Â
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is reported as missing, we require a police report to be filed and submitted to us before processing any refund or replacement. This helps us deter fraudulent claims and support carrier investigations.Â

Note: Online Exclusive items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date (for online orders) or purchase date (for in-store purchases).
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In new condition with tags attached
- Free of perfume, smoke, makeup, pet hair, or other strong odors
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please do not place shipping labels directly on the shoe box. Damaged shoe boxes may result in an additional restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Refunds
Returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to:
- A 5% restocking fee
- An $8.99 return label fee for online returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We gladly offer:
- No restocking fee on exchanges
- No restocking fee on store credit returns
- Free return labels for exchanges and store credit on online orders

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Exchanges and store credit do not have a restocking fee.
Additional Information
Returns sent back that do not meet our return requirements may be refused or subject to additional fees depending on item condition. If an item cannot be resold, we may contact you regarding returning the item to you or donating it on your behalf.
