Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

SHIPPING INFORMATION (US ORDERS)
Processing and Shipping Times:
  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours, generally, if you place an order before 1PM Mountain Time it will ship that day. 
  • Your order's expected delivery window is shown once you select your shipping method. 

Expedited Shipping

For those located in the United States, we offer an expedited shipping option. The arrival time and shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight, and the dimensions of the item that you are ordering. 

Orders with Expedited Shipping must be placed BEFORE 1PM Mountain Time to guarantee same day shipping. Expedited orders placed AFTER 1PM will add one additional day to shipping times.

If the order arrives late, and you are interested in keeping the item(s) we will refund you the difference of what you paid and Economy Shipping. 

Shipping Costs:
  • Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) to the continental US is a flat rate of $4.50 and is only available for orders where the items ordered weigh less than 1 pound.
  • Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days) to the continental US is a flat rate of $6.50
  • Orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping. (Continental US orders only)
  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected.
  • Shipping to US Territories is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected. 
Shipping Services:
Your order's shipping service is selected at the discretion of our fulfillment team at the time the order is shipped. This is to ensure that your order arrives within the window that you selected. However, the majority of orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • If you do not receive deliveries through USPS please contact us at support@tildenco.com and we can use an alternate shipping method.

Return Policy

Online Orders - Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. 

All purchases made with a credit/debit card (or Apple Pay) being returned for refund  will be subject to a 3.5 restocking fee to cover the transaction fee. Items being returned for exchange or store-credit will not be subject to the restocking fee. 

  • Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Items smelling of perfume, or strong odors or marked with makeup are not valid for return and will be refused.
  • Clearance/Final Sale/Commission Based items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Due to the nature of the product, returns on bath and body items (soap, lotion, lip balm, etc.) will not be accepted.

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Swimwear Returns

These products are seasonal and have a high risk for sell out. Because of this, the return for refund window is 15 days from the tracking number delivery date.  

  • The item must be returned in original condition. It has not be worn, washed, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. It is free from all deodorant marks and any make-up or foundation, as well as any perfume or strong odors
  • All tags are still attached and hygienic liner is still in place

**Any swimwear bought on sale of more than 25% is FINAL SALE.

*Any items returned that fall into the categories listed above that are nevertheless authorized or any other authorized returns that fall outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be subject to a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund to be determined by our return team based on the severity of the item.

If the item is damaged enough that it cannot be sold again, your return will be refused. We will reach out to ask if you'd like to pay for shipping for it to be returned to you, or if you would like it to be donated in your name. 

 

*Route Shipping Insurance is an optional, additional insurance service provided by a third-party and is not refundable. 

ABOUT RE:DO

Checkout with the $1.50 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

Return Steps:  

  1. Start your return at the bottom of this page using your order ID and zip code

  2. Select which items you would like to return and your preferred return method 

  3. If you checked out with Re:do, your return for store credit or exchange is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time, discounted fee.

  4. Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at the specified location.

In-Store Orders - If you purchased with us at our physical location in Blackfoot, Idaho you have 30 days to return edible items. (15 days for swimwear)
