SHIPPING INFORMATION (US ORDERS)
Processing and Shipping Times:
  • Orders for items that are NOT market as "online exclusives" are shipped within 24 hours, generally, if you place an order before 1PM Mountain Time it will ship that day. 
  • "Online Exclusive" items are shipped from a third party warehouse and their is no shipping time guarantee. Most "Online Exclusives" ship within 48 hours, but some maybe take 8-10 days to ship.  
  • Your order's estimated delivery window is shown once you select your shipping method. 

Expedited Shipping

For those located in the United States, we offer an expedited shipping option for products that are shipped from our store. The arrival time and shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight, and the dimensions of the item that you are ordering. 

NOTE: "Online Exclusive" products are NOT guaranteed to ship within a certain time frame EVEN if you purchase expedited shipping. Please do NOT purchase expediated shipping for "Online Exclusive" items as we cannot guarantee they will ship in a timely manner. 

Orders with Expedited Shipping must be placed BEFORE 1PM Mountain Time to guarantee same day shipping. Expedited orders placed AFTER 1PM will add one additional day to shipping times.

If the order arrives after the time USPS tracking says it will be delivered, and you are interested in keeping the item(s) we will refund you the difference of what you paid and Economy Shipping. 


Shipping Costs:
  • Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) to the continental US is a flat rate of $7.99.
  • Orders over $85.00 qualify for free standard shipping. (Continental US orders only)
  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected.
  • Shipping to US Territories is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected. 

Shipping Services:

Your order's shipping service is selected at the discretion of our fulfillment team at the time the order is shipped. This is to ensure that your order arrives within the window that you selected. However, the majority of orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • If you do not receive deliveries through USPS please contact us at support@tildenco.com and we can use an alternate shipping method. 

Packages Missing After Marked Delivered:

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you are unable to find it, please do the following:
1. Check with neighbors/property management to ensure it wasn't misplaced.
2. File a police report if you believe it was stolen.
3. Start a missing package search with your local post office. We can help assist you with filing one if you'd like. 

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is reported as missing, we require a police report to be filed and submitted to us before processing any refund or replacement. This helps us deter fraudulent claims and support carrier investigations. 

RETURNS

Online Orders

To start a return, log in to your account HERE. From there, you can view your orders, store credit, and start a return request.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the date your package was delivered according to the tracking number.

  • A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all refunds to a credit/debit card or Apple Pay.

  • A $8.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund unless you're doing an exchange or store credit (see below).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached, and in NEW condition.

  • Items with strong odors, perfume, or makeup marks cannot be returned.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box inside another box when shipping. If the shoe box is damaged (e.g., shipping labels placed directly on it), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance/Final Sale

  • Online Exclusives and Pre-Orders

  • Swimwear

  • Most Accessories (Commission-Based Items)

  • Bath & Body (soaps, lotions, lip balms, etc.)

  • Home Décor

Returns that don’t meet our guidelines or are sent without authorization may be refused or charged an additional restocking fee depending on the condition. If we can't resell the item, we’ll contact you about having it returned to you or donated in your name.


In-Store Purchases (Blackfoot, Idaho)

Items bought in-store can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached, and in NEW condition.

  • Items with strong odors, perfume, or makeup marks cannot be returned.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.

  • A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all refunds to a credit/debit card or Apple Pay.

  • Store credit and exchanges are not charged a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance/Final Sale

  • Swimwear

  • Most Accessories (Commission-Based Items)

  • Bath & Body (soaps, lotions, lip balms, etc.)

  • Home Décor

As with online orders, any returns outside of our policy may be refused or subject to an additional restocking fee. Damaged items may be returned to you or donated, depending on your preference.


Exchanges + Store Credit

We’re happy to offer free return labels and no restocking fee for exchanges or store credit!

To request an exchange:

  • Or, add a note in your return request that you'd like to exchange or receive store credit instead of a refund.

Please note: You’ll still need to pay for shipping of the new item, but we’ll cover the cost of sending your return back.
