Online Orders
To start a return, log in to your account HERE. From there, you can view your orders, store credit, and start a return request.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date your package was delivered according to the tracking number.

A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all refunds to a credit/debit card or Apple Pay.

A $8.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund unless you're doing an exchange or store credit (see below).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached, and in NEW condition.

Items with strong odors, perfume, or makeup marks cannot be returned.

Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box inside another box when shipping. If the shoe box is damaged (e.g., shipping labels placed directly on it), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Returns that don’t meet our guidelines or are sent without authorization may be refused or charged an additional restocking fee depending on the condition. If we can't resell the item, we’ll contact you about having it returned to you or donated in your name.
In-Store Purchases (Blackfoot, Idaho)
Items bought in-store can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
